IPFS Could not connect to the Kubo RPC

I used to check out IPFS because I was interested in it. I didn't know much about it. But Today I redownloaded it, I got to see the peers, the traffic for split second. and then I received this error. and it won't go away. What's going on here

Are you running kubo from the CLI, using IPFS Desktop, etc?

What OS and software version are you using? If using kubo from the CLI ipfs version --all should give you relevant information. If using IPFS Desktop the version number is in the about menu accessible from the tray icon.
