"Achieve" a 0 score with lighthouse on one page

It would be great if we managed to get the score down to 0% on a single page with all rules turned off, while it still achieves 100% score with rules on.

Maybe we could also have a page that achieves 100% score, while still being really inaccessible:

This might be difficult while "living inside of the rest of the page", though.
