Unable to install and remove old mods when using .mrpack with different mods

Hi

I can't update my custom modepack after changing MODRINTH_MODPACK and restarting the server

Was it a different URL/version prior to the update? Or same URL before and after?

I changed it to the newer version and still the same issue, but I found a walk-around, I just deleted the old modpack.mrpack and restarted the server, this solved my issue
