feat: footer sitemap and page discoverability touch-up

Summary

• Footer sitemap on every page — grouped columns (pages / work / identity) generated from pages in defs.ts, plus meta and socials columns. Webring removed. New group field on PageItem and a pageHref() helper for alias routes (cv, gpg, ssh).
• Nav refresh — promote /now, /uses, /concerts to the main nav; move /gpg, /ssh, /verify into the /more dropdown.
• Homepage — internal links to /open-source, /concerts, /photos, and a closing paragraph pointing at /now, /uses, /panera, and the footer map.
• Motion polish — press feedback on nav buttons and an entrance animation for the /more dropdown (@starting-style, reduced-motion safe).
• Meta column — "Made with ❤️ in Boston" now uses lil-heart.png.
• Vercel fix — vercel.json disables deploys for entire/checkpoints/v1, which was producing a failed deployment on every checkpoint push ("No Next.js version detected").

Testing

• bunx eslint . — passes (pre-existing warnings only)
• bunx --bun next build — passes, all routes render
• Smoke-tested all pages locally including new /photos, /friends, /conferences, /hackathons
