In the README there is a section for Documention:

In the first sentence, there is a link to jbbcode.com which takes the visitor to a site that clearly does not look relevant anymore. I suspect the domain has been bought up and is now defunkt.
Perhaps remove the link, or point to the most recent useful version from The Wayback Machine?
