[BUG] When adding/modifying user:password in the authentication field, the save button should update the password file in the data directory

Description

If you add a new user:password or modify an existing user:password, save configuration, and reboot Jeedom as described in documentation, it is not enough to take account of modifications. You must relaunch the dependencies in the installation to update the passwords file.

Save button should update passwords file without needing to relaunch installation of dependencies

1. In the configuration panel of the plugin, add a new user: password in the Authentification field
2. Click on the save button
3. Restart Jeedom
4. Try to use the new user. You received an unauthorized error
