Seems that this bug had been introduced in v0.0.8

The commit message popup still occurs when changing the global jenkins config, but it does not when updating a job config.

Seems that it had been introduced with 0.0.7.4 already

However, downgrading to 0.0.7.3 caused the git push operation to fail, so I had to use 0.0.8 again :-/

I see this issue on 0.0.9 too (Jenkins is 1.609.3)
