No Input Validation on text fields in Add Cheque

Summary
There is no input validation on any of the text fields when adding a cheque expense

Steps to Produce:

1. Go to View Cheques Screen:
2. Click on Add
3. Click Add Cheque

Expected Results:
There should see an input validation stating that the input fields are missing.

Actual Results:
There was no input validation.
