Tailscale can't be set up

Hi everyone, I just got my new JetkVM and am trying to install Tailscale on it using the official guide. The installation gets to the last step and asks for authorization. I follow the link, but nothing happens after that, and the installation freezes. JetkVM itself appears in Tailscale, but it's inactive, and nothing helps to uninstall it. I also tried other versions of Tailscale, but it didn't work.

ssh into the jetkvm and run tailscale status - what does it say?
