Ability to collapse by default or hide completely the transcription checkbox in the recording dialog box

What problem are you trying to solve?

Please make an option in the transcription section of the Jitsi Meet config file, that allows to collapse by default or hide completely any checkboxes in the recording dialog box.

We need the transcription functionality to work all the time and users can't accidentally turn off these checkboxes when recording.

That's because you don't seen to have a recorder / transcriber.
