Inside a Jitsi meet, but camera and micro of others are not visible

What happened?

One participant on Linux Firefox, (I will call her, Alice), has trouble joining Jitsi meeting. It looks a bit random, so I will describe some usecase.

Precision:
"it does not work" = Alice enables her camera and microphone, but does not see other camera / microphone / screenshare. It's possible to use chat and raising hand features. The other participants can see each other, talk and use Jitsi normally

1a) When Alice joins Jitsi meet alone, it works (with camera, microphone, chat...).
1b) When Bob joins the Jitsi meet, "it does not work"

2a) When Bob joins another Jitsi meet, then Alice joins, it works (with camera, microphone, chat...)
2b) But when Charly joins the Jitsi meet, then "it does not work"

Precision:
Bob uses MacOS Firefox
Charly uses Windows (I don't know which browser, it can be Firefox or Chromium based)

We reproduce the bug on https://meet.jit.si/LaPrairieDuBelierSavant Tuesday 23th June at 7.45pm UTC+2.
It's been like 6 months approximatively that we are experiencing that bug.
I can ask Alice to have more logs if needed, feel free to ask me what I can provide you, to help.

The logs from the browser js console is what we need. You can find it in the developer menu. And gather them with all log levels enabled after you reproduce the issue.
