This amazing webserver needs a container

Hello,

to whomever is crazy enough to write a webserver in Cobol, wrap it nicely with a Makefile and actually release it to the Internetz: you are amazing.

Just one more step to be trully amazing is if you pre-package/create a container image so that one can run webbol directly in the latest and fancy kubernetes cluster.
