Option to remove tickets from events lists when registration closes #65

This may be more of a My Tickets issue; but add some kind of functionality that allows events to disappear when registration closes.

Possibilities:

Insert a class for closed sales
Mark as hidden in My Calendar when sales closed
Remove from events groups or lists in My Tickets when sales close
