Char limit on the notes page is wrongly computed

Each note contains less than 400 characters but when I try to shuffle and send message I receive a warning that "each note has to contain less than 400 characters".
Apparently, the website doesn't like an empty line between paragraphs.
I tried to delete that empty line and everything worked well.
