Versioning - next non-alpha/beta release?

Hi,

I see a lot of v3 and even v4 alpha and beta releases, however, the latest stable release seems to be v2.4.0 (at least according to the semver versioning scheme). Any plans on releasing a non-alpha/beta release in the future? Or do you recommend using one of the alpha/beta versions?

@JammingBen Sorry about the messy versions. I recommend using the latest-tagged version (4.0.0-beta.1).

And yes, we plan on making a stable release. There seem to be some bugs left that can occur in special circumstances, but the version mentioned above is used in many of our projects so we do generally consider it production-ready.
