Build and test against the released NuGet packages of JsonApiDotNetCore and JsonApiDotNetCore.MongoDb. This is used to check for binary breaking changes.

How to use: After updating JsonApiDotNetCoreVersion and/or JsonApiDotNetCoreMongoDbVersionPrefix in Directory.Build.props, build and run the tests.
