🐛 Bug: Update "+2000" to "2000+" for Consistency

Describe the bug

The Participants count on the JSON Schema Conference page currently displays "+2000." This formatting is inconsistent with common numerical conventions, where numbers followed by "+" (e.g., "2000+") are the preferred representation.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Visit JSON Schema Conference.
2. Scroll down slightly to view the section displaying event details.
3. Observe the Participants count showing as "+2000."

Expected Behavior

The Participants count should be displayed as "2000+" instead of "+2000" to improve clarity and consistency.
The change should be reflected across all relevant UI components to maintain uniformity.
