🐛 Bug: Few links in .github/workflows README is not working

Describe the bug

The link provided in the .github/workflows README for GitHub Action job dependencies and Preview Deployment are broken or not directing to the correct resource.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Navigate to github/workflows/README.md
2. Click on the link referring to GitHub Action job dependencies and another link referring to Preview Deployment.
3. Observe that both the links leads to a non-existent page.

Expected Behavior

1. The link should correctly direct users to an official or relevant GitHub documentation page explaining job dependencies in GitHub Actions.
2. The link should correctly direct users to deploy-preview.yml.
