Describe the bug

Currently, when the Topics navbar is open on mobile, it doesn't automatically close when the user starts scrolling. Additionally, The navbar also disappears when the user scrolls, affecting navigation.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open the Topics navbar on a mobile device.
  2. Start scrolling the page down.
  3. Notice that the Topics navbar stays open when scrolling.
  4. Scroll down the page further, and notice that the navbar disappears, making it impossible to navigate unless you scroll all the way back to the top.

Expected Behavior

  • The Topics navbar should close automatically when the user starts scrolling.
  • The Topics navbar should be sticky so that it remains visible when the user scrolls down the page, ensuring better navigation.
