Error when loading with Svelte + SvelteKit + Vite

I am encountering issues when using codemirror-json-schema with a Svelte + SvelteKit + Vite setup. I’m seeing multiple errors during both SSR and CSR, and I’m not sure how to resolve them. Below are the versions of the relevant packages I am using:

Could anyone help me figure out what might be causing this and how to fix it?

I had the same error with vite - adding the following to my defineConfig cleared the issue for me:
ssr: { noExternal: ['codemirror-json-schema'], optimizeDeps: { include: ['codemirror-json-schema'] }

Now is that the right thing to do? Jury's out.

@sharifedak12 glad the fix works, but this is a modern ESM library, so this should not be required! I will look into this in the coming weeks. seems we need to fix something with sourcemaps and/or exports

I came across the same issue. I've tried the fix from @sharifedak12, but didn't work. Happy to test/give more details if needed :)

The error I get is slightly different, but I guess it's the same issue
