Add publications and certificates section

Currently, the theme doesn't use the publications and certificates field, we need to add these in.

Hey hey!

Yeah, the contribution would be very welcome!

You'd want to go through src/resume.handlebars and write some HTML. There's no "correct" place to put them, but I'd put Publications and Certificates between the Education and Skills sections.

So:

• Education
• Publications ← 🆕
• Certificates ← 🆕
• Skills

This shouldn't require many new strings, but you'd want to put publications = Publications and certificates = Certificates in src/i18n/locales/en.flt to reference in src/resume.handlebars rather than hard-coding the headings.

That way they can be translated to other languages for internation use.

Contributing to this repository requires light knowledge of:

• HTML/CSS/Node.js
• Handlebars

As for our to design it, you can reference all of the other shelves. The repository is honestly a little messy though. I've been working on restructuring it to use partials and organize the CSS, but hadn't finished yet. If you do your work before I finish mine, I can just rebase your branch for you, no worries. Excuse the mess though. 🙏

On the side:

If you know any language other than English, it'd be amazing if you'd be willing to do translation PRs (separately) to any of the languages that you know! No pressure of course, but if you're interested then you can create a new locale in src/i18n/locales/*.flt.
