Bug: Cannot add new row after reducing columns and rows to minimum

Describe the bug

After reducing the table to its minimum size (both columns and rows), the "Add Row" button stops working and no new rows can be added.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the interactive table demo
2. Click "Remove Column" repeatedly until only 1 column remains
3. Click "Remove Row" repeatedly until only 1 row remains
4. Click "Add Row" button
5. Observe that nothing happens
