Cannot load large labeling file

Hi, I have finished annotating a large file and saved .labeling file is around 1 gigabyte. However, I cannot open it anymore in labkit. Is there a way that I can open a large file and get the .tiff file exported? My ram is 32G, but it has been used up. Annotating this image took hours, and I don't want to lose it. Thanks.
