add expand functionality to representative card #113

Expected behavior
Clicking on the representatives card would expand that card and reveal additional fields to users
- social channels
- telephone
- website
Actual behavior
Additional info is not visible to the user
Steps to reproduce the behavior
navigate to representatives page and notice that none of this info is listed.
