Lots of servers crashing on stat350

Many students on the stat350 deployment have had their servers "crash" today. When they try to open JupyterHub, the page will just be stuck in "loading" mode indefinitely. I get the same problem when I go into the admin panel and try to access their server. The only fix seems to be to kill their pod completely. I don't see any obvious reason why this is happening, but maybe you have some ideas?
