Hi everyone,

I've successfully integrated my Daikin Altherma heat pump into Home Assistant via the Onecta integration. However, I'm missing a few data points: for instance, I can see the leaving water temperature, but not the return water temperature. I'm also not getting any sensor data for flow rate or system pressure.

It looks like the setup recognized my Altherma as if it were a Daikin AC device (I also have three actual AC splits integrated). Because of that, I only get data points typical for a standard air conditioner—things like Cool/Heat modes—rather than the usual heating-system values (e.g., return temperature, water pressure).

Has anyone had experience retrieving these “Altherma-specific” sensors via Onecta, or know if Daikin simply doesn’t expose them in the AC-focused API? I’ve heard there might be alternative integrations or APIs (local or installer-level) that provide the missing values. Any pointers or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

See #46, we lack a lot of data, when you download the integration diagnostics you can see the raw data as provided by daikin. Contact Daikin to ask them to export more data through their cloud API
