Traefik v3.7 support

Hello K3s team,

I would like to ask if there is already a timeline or plan for upgrading the bundled Traefik version in K3s to Traefik v3.7.

The reason for this request is that Traefik v3.7 introduces support for a significantly larger set of NGINX Ingress annotations, which would greatly improve compatibility and simplify migrations from NGINX Ingress setups to Traefik-based environments.

Thank you for your work on K3s and Traefik integration.

Note that you can already change the Traefik image tag to v3.7.x via HelmChartConfig; see the K3s docs for examples.
