Cannot regenerate some files #146

Describe the bug
I have 2 files in different repositories that cannot be regenerated. I suspect it is due to their size, however, I am not sure about this.
In one of those files get this error: "failed to execute getStatus: ENFILE"
Version & OS
Version 0.3.26
macOS Catalina 10.15.3
Expected behavior
The files are regenerated
