Fixing Typo & Misleading Translation in German Version

I noticed two things reading the German Translation that I think need fixing:

• Typo: first paragraph, "die Website(s), [...] " -> in German, the start of each sentence is capitalized
• Misleading translation: "Fitness for achieving compliance with accessibility standards" has been directly translated with "Fitness zur Einhaltung der Barrierefreiheitsstandards", but in German, the word 'fitness' is only ever used in the sense of physical fitness / sports.
  I would recommend "Eignung zur Erreichung der Barrierefreiheitsstandards" as a new translation.
