+### Who I am
+
+I am a software engineer at IBM, based in the UK, where I work on Confidential Computing based on Z mainframe (s390x) technology. I've been involved in open source for many years, contributing to various projects.
+
+#### Why you might know me
+
+I've been involved in the Kata Containers project since July 2021, when development in Confidential Containers started. Over the past three years, I have served on the Architecture Committee and have been an active contributor to the project.
+
+You might have seen me:
+
+- Reviewing PRs and helping with code reviews across the codebase
+- Working on CI/CD improvements and test infrastructure
+- Contributing to Kata Containers releases
+- Participating in community calls and discussions
+- Working on security improvements and vulnerability management
+
+#### Why you might want to elect me
+
+I'm committed to the long-term health and sustainability of the Kata Containers project and working hard
+to help with this.
+
+My focus areas align with making the project more robust and secure. If elected I plan to continue to
+focus on security and quality, and improving our CI/CD, keeping dependencies up-to-date, addressing our
+CVE backlog and improving our security scanning.
+
+#### Why you might want to elect someone else
+
+I have served on the Architecture Committee for three years, making me one of the longest-standing members. While this brings continuity , you might prefer fresh perspectives to drive the next phase of the community's growth.

+If you are bored with hearing my voice in the Kata community calls!
+
+Realistically, although I feel I can provide value to the community doing some of the admin and "donkey work",
+much of the community has far more knowledge and experience of the virtualization technologies that Kata Containers
+is built on than I do.
