Request: Create a list of accounts we could NOT find on bluesky

It'd be very useful if the extension built a list of twitter accounts that we couldn't find on bluesky.
This could be stored in the extension, or it could help us build a list inside twitter.

• Having this list also inside twitter is very useful to only look at those posts, and spend the rest of our time on bluesky.
• I could know what profiles to later come back to and manually check if they're on bluesky yet.
• the extension could also reuse only this list at a later date to try again, instead of re-crawling my entire twitter account again.

it's not, #70 is for people that have bluesky accounts but aren't followed yet. This is for people who don't have a bsky account (that the extension could detect)

Can this be implemented, please? I'd like to have the option of seeing who the tool didn't find so I can either do my own investigation to find their Bluesky handle, or ask the user for it.
