Invalid Specifier in MacOS

I got the following error:

InvalidSpecifier: Invalid specifier: '[toml]>=2.8.1'

I believe it is because I have this: "pydantic-settings[toml]>=2.8.1",

In macOS, sometimes we need to add quotations when [] is used.
