Add a filter/search bar to the Concurrency tab on the Flows page

Feature description

In the same way that the Executions page has a filter/search bar to filter executions:

We should add the same here on the Concurrency tab within the Flow page:

This will enable e.g. filter only for executions in a Queued state and Unqueue them in bulk.

@MilosPaunovic if possible, perhaps you could add it as part of the project where you add the new Execution search/filter on all pages? Feel free to unassign yourself if this needs backend work first
