Container Name

Hi,

when creating a new container the check return that exists even it doesn't exists, and don't create the new destination container, and after, the move fail.

Debugging, I think the mistake is a confussion with ContainerName and Name attributes of the $command parameter.
at BlobStorageBackup.Common.psm1
