Add an option to adjust tapping term for "secondary action" keys.

I like to make use of the Secondary Actions, but there's no way to adjust the timing for when a tap becomes a hold. In QMK this is called the TAPPING_TERM

Describe the solution you'd like

At the very least, in the Preferences section in Chrysalis, an option to set the milliseconds before a tap becomes a hold, globally. At best, per-key options when I enable a Secondary Action on a key.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I may try compiling a QMK build for this keyboard just because I make such extensive use of secondary actions but the timing on them isn't great by default.
