Two keys mixed up in what they do compared to what they show (MacOS/Norwegian) #1403

Describe the bug
On the (new and really nice to have) Norwegian Mac OS Keyboard two keys are switched in their functionality (but not display)

To Reproduce
In Preferences select the Norwegian (MacOS) keyboard, then go to the overview to see the keyboard as

Image

The image is actually correct and consistent with my Mac OS Laptops: <> is bottom left (marked), '§ is top left (to the side of 1).
Assigning them to certain keys displays ' for the top left key. But storing it (save changes) and pressing the key it was assigned to yields a < (the same of course with shift, one would expect § but gets a >)
Similarly assigning the < and storing that, yields that pressing it produces a ' (and similarly with shift one would expect a > but it produces a §).
Took me quite a while to find my ' that way.

Expected behavior
The display should be consistent with what keys do after assignment: the top left key should produce '/§ (as it shows( and the </> key in the bottom left should produce <> as it displays.
