Description
After #204, a reviewer may be oblivious to the fact a field could have been filled but wasn't.
An enhancement is to show such fields greyed out, so that the absence of a value is explicit
This is especially important for "mandatory" fields that weren't filled at all, and can help the reviewer notice omissions or attacks.
