I shall be a dictator and dictate linting rules! Muahahahaha

On a more serious note, something close to Google style guide will be enforced.

Any objections to harmonizing quotation marks?

I personally prefer double quotes and would like to convert everything to them, but the codebase has a lot of both single and double quotes.
