Firmware mod for upgrading SA-21 to SA-30

There is some potentially low hanging fruit to figure out: it should be possible to patch the firmware of all "modern" 35mm scanners (LS-40, LS-4000, LS-50, LS-5000) to treat all SA-21 as SA-30, without having to mod the adapter. If anyone feels brave - that would be greatly appreciated and would maybe help Frank's mood a bit. ;)

@kosma I own a ls-40, and will try the new 2.03 firmware to see if it also work for it.

I tested the 2.03 firmware with my LS-40. It doesn't work unfortunately. Let me know if I can do something to help.
