I'm the author of Neton, a Kotlin/Native web framework. Neton uses Ktor CIO as its HTTP server engine, and it has been rock solid.

Thanks to Ktor's excellent Kotlin Multiplatform support, Neton can run natively on macOS, Linux, and Windows with millisecond startup times and ~20MB memory footprint.
