conformance: `Un/UsableNetworkAddresses` aren't actually being injected to the test suite

What happened:
This could definitely be a problem with my understanding of the flow, but i don't really see how they could actually be injected..
they are not being given in the initialization of the suite struct in conformance.DefaultOptions()
