What do I have to do as a community manager for the next two weeks
Action items
- Identify who will open the space for the next two weeks for at least 2 hours per week
- Make a list of workshops/events which our members can run
- Identify members to run at least one event per week for the next month
- Schedule these workshops/sessions/meetups
- Make sure our events are reflected to skgtech's calendar
- Update the mailing list to reflect our excising members
