Allow adding a prefix to tool names to deal with tool name collisions #273
Description
I noticed in the JS version of MultiServerMCPClient there is a prefixToolNameWithServerName for collision protection and routing. Why does this version not do this as well. This seems like a natural consideration for a MCPClient that manages multi servers
