Let us make values linkable/clickable in partition metrics

My partition metrics often (but not always) return aggregated results based on resources. I would love to be able to make the values clickable so it can open that resource detail in another window.

For example I might have users and posts, and I'll have a partition metric showing my "top posters", and it would show the user's that have created the most posts. I'd like to be able to click to go to the user's resource detail view.
