Allow us to specify if sortable columns should be sorted descending first, instead of ascending first

In my use case, on my 70+ tables that I sometimes want to sort on, I want to sort by 'descending' whenever I click the column header.. pretty much always. Currently I have to click twice, which becomes of the size of my tables, causes me to waste some 10 seconds every time I want to sort a column.

It would be fantastic if either, we could specify that the sorting should be descending first, then ascending, then reset, instead of the way it is right now (ascending first, then descending, then reset), OR, if we could maybe have two little arrow icons so we can decide which way we want the column sorted on the first click.

Any chance something like this could be implemented @crynobone ?
