Feature Request: Add local date

DateField and DateTimeField package luxon is used.
So by adding the setLocale method we can have the local date.
For example in nova/resources/js/fields/Index/DateField.vue instead of

    formattedDate() {
      if (this.field.usesCustomizedDisplay) {
        return this.field.value
      }

      return DateTime.fromISO(this.field.value, {
        setZone: this.timezone,
      }).toLocaleString({
        year: 'numeric',
        month: '2-digit',
        day: '2-digit',
      })
    },

Put it like this:

        formattedDate() {
            if (this.field.usesCustomizedDisplay) {
                return this.field.value
            }

            return DateTime.fromISO(this.field.value, {
                setZone: this.timezone,
            })
                .setLocale(Nova.config('locale')) /// <-------- this
                .toLocaleString({
                    year: 'numeric',
                    month: '2-digit',
                    day: '2-digit',
                })
        },
