Feed values into fields from the query string

Example Url:

/nova/resources/nova-something/new?title=Best News Ever

Nova-Something has a Title Field. I wish we could prepopulate the field on a new item with "asdf" in this example?

This could happen in a bunch of ways, but for a sample, this would be awesome.
