Bug: Relations are always collapsable

Description:

It came to my attention that relations always seem to be collapsable on the detail page. in the pageload I see

but in the portal every relationship-panel is collapsable, which seems like a bug to me.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue on a fresh Nova installation:

@crynobone why is this converted. This is a bug. The documentation states that relations can be set to collapsable, see: https://nova.laravel.com/docs/v5/resources/relationships#collapsable-relations

They shouldn't be collapsable by default.
