Standalone and inline Actions display as buttons with icon

Would be great to have built-in functionality to allow actions move outside the [...] menu as buttons.
Just by adding

->asButton()
->icon('heroicon-name') (also support custom svg)

Name of the action name could be as tooltip on hover.

Package with similar functionality for Nova4 was there but is no more maintained and doesn't work for Nova5.
