Tag field for BelongsToMany relationship is NOT triggering deleted observer event and is NOT triggering deleting observer event

The Tag::make() resource field for a BelongsToMany relationships is NOT triggering the deleted or deleting event when detaching/removing a tag.

Only the BelongsToMany::make() resource field triggers the delete and deleting event when detaching/removing a tag.

I just want to know so I can stop trying to get it to work...
